Extraordinary Wilt Chamberlain Trio Featuring Program and Ticket Stub to 100-Point Game and 1961-1962 Fleer Rookie SGC NM/MT 8

Presented is a remarkable and potentially unique trio of Wilt Chamberlain collectibles representing three of the most significant items relating to his illustrious Hall of Fame career. This trio consists of a program and ticket stub from Chamberlain's historic 100-point performance on March 2, 1962, in Hershey, Pennsylvania, along with a high-grade example of his iconic 1961-1962 Fleer rookie card. The ticket stub is graded GOOD 2 (MK) by PSA and represents just the third example from this game we have ever offered! Measuring 1.75 x 1.75 inches and issued for a "Mezzanine" seat, the stub displays bold, black lettering with a preprinted game date. Handwritten notations pertaining to Chamberlain's historic effort appear on the reverse accounting for the qualifier. The 23-page program for the game is encapsulated and graded 5.5 by CGC. It is only the fourth example we have ever handled. It remains in outstanding condition, with white pages and a crisp image of Chamberlain. A few light wrinkles account for the assigned grade. The 100 points remain a single-game scoring record, one that has never been seriously threatened. In this untelevised classic in front of a scant crowd of 4,124, Chamberlain shot 36 of 63 from the field and knocked down 28 of 32 free throws, leading the charge for his Philadelphia Warriors over the New York Knickerbockers 169-147. Rounding out the collection of items is his famous rookie card, which is graded NM/MT 8 by SGC with an MBA Silver Diamond designation for high-end eye appeal.
