Presented is a beautiful, near-complete set of 1933 Goudey Gum cards, entirely graded and encapsulated by PSA. This set is registered as the seventeenth highest-graded set on the PSA Set Registry with an overall GPA of 4.69. The 1933 Goudey set is recognized as the single most popular and collected of all 1930s gum issues and one of the most significant of all prewar baseball-card issues. This near-complete set is highlighted by sixty-two Hall of Famers, including Babe Ruth, Lou Gehrig, Tris Speaker, Jimmie Foxx, Mel Ott, Dizzy Dean, Bill Dickey, and Lefty Grove. This set is missing two cards for completion: #106 Lajoie and 144 Ruth. The offered set is an extremely consistent and attractive assembly of this classic issue.
