1995 Upper Deck SP Top Prospects Autograph Michael Jordan PSA NM-MT 8 with NM 7 Signature

Beautiful signed example of Michael Jordan's 1995 Upper Deck SP Top Prospects Autographs card. Jordan has signed the card in blue fine-point marker on the front. PSA/DNA has encapsulated the card, grading the signature NM 7 and the card NM-MT 8. This is one of only two signed examples graded at this level by PSA, with just one higher. Jordan signatures are known to be difficult to attain on any medium, especially cards. This is the first signed example of this card we have ever offered. An Upper Deck certification sticker is affixed to the reverse. Michael Jordan shocked the sports world in 1993 by announcing his retirement from basketball. Even more surprising was his decision in early 1994 to pursue a career in baseball. Jordan signed a contract with the Chicago White Sox and was assigned to the team's Double-A affiliate, the Birmingham Barons. This card captures Jordan during his tenure with the Birmingham Barons, which he batted .202 with 3 home runs, 51 RBI, and 30 stolen bases across 127 games. An outstanding example of this scarce signed Jordan card that would make a fine addition to any Michael Jordan, basketball, or Hall of Fame collection.
