On December 5, 1981, the University of North Carolina Tar Heels men's basketball team played an exhibition game against the Yugoslavian national team. This historic game featured 18-year old freshman Michael Jordan matched up against future NBA star and 17-year old Drazen Petrovic. Offered is a very rarely seen ticket stub from this exhibition game. Graded VG-EX 4 by PSA, this is the only example graded at this level with none higher. North Carolina posted a 77-70 victory in overtime with freshman Jordan scoring 23 points. Future Hall of Famer James Worthy and forward Sam Perkins, contributed with 12 and 15 points, respectively. The ticket (1-1/2 x 3-1/2 inches) has an irregular tear. This rare ticket stub would be a welcome addition to even the most advanced collection of Michael Jordan or University of North Carolina Tar Heels memorabilia.
