Presented is a near-complete set of 148 different cards (out of 175 in a set) from the 1970-1971 Topps basketball series,highlighted by an impressive 122 different signed examples. Among these are many Hall of Famers and stars, including John Havlicek, Pat Riley (rookie), Elgin Baylor, Oscar Robertson, Jerry West, and Walt Frazier. The signatures are scripted in a variety of inks. Included are nine signed duplicates (#37, 88, two 91, 107 West AS, 110 Reed AS, 153, 157, and 161).Condition ranges from Pr to Ex (averaging Gd-Vg), including a couple slightly better and twelve trimmed. Most of the lower grades are due to tape around the perimeters of the fronts.
