Original news photo of Jesse Owens during the Western Conference Indoor Track and Field Championship in Chicago, circa 1935. Encapsulated and certified as an original Type I photograph by PSA/DNA. The photo captures Owens winning the 60-yard dash with a then-record time of 6.1 seconds. The reverse features an "International News Photos" slug and credit stamp, along with a date stamp (Mar 14 1935). The photo (8-1/2 x 6-1/2 inches) displays a few small creases and is in Very Good to Excellent condition overall.
