This fascinating set issued by Nu-Card features many of baseball's greatest moments presented in a mock newspaper design. Offered is a near-complete set of seventy-three different cards (out of eighty in a set). Missing the following seven cards for completion: #426, 441, 443 Cobb, 446, 448, 457, and 459. We have selected five cards to be graded and encapsulated by PSA. Condition is 70% Nr/Mt-Mt (including some Mint), 20% Ex-Mt to Nr/Mt, and 10% slightly lesser. Keys: #404 Mays (MINT 9), 422 Mantle (Ex-Mt), 424 Gehrig (NM-MT 8), 427 Mays (Nr/Mt-Mt+), 428 Robinson (NM-MT+ 8.5), 439 Williams (MINT 9), 447 Ruth (60/40 L/R, otherwise Mint), 452 Williams (Nr/Mt-Mt), and 455 Ruth (NM-MT+ 8.5).
