Lot # 7: 1915 E145 Cracker Jack #103 Joe Jackson SGC VG+ 3.5

Graded VG+ 3.5 by SGC (submitted by REA). Exceptionally attractive, bright, and clean example of what many consider to be the most classic of all Joe Jackson cards and one of the icons of all vintage baseball cards. This is a tremendous medium-grade card that clearly has a much stronger eye-appeal than suggested by its technically accurate assigned grade. Beautiful bold colors, crisp, perfectly focused image, even wear on the corners and centering a hint to the left with a very slight tilt to the image. The card has a light crease in the lower right and a few light stains on the front and back. "Shoeless Joe" is one of the big three key cards in the set, along with Ty Cobb and Honus Wagner. The card certainly presents at a level far better than suggested by its VG+ grade and may represent an exceptional value and offer a particularly rare opportunity. This is an extraordinary example of one of card collecting's most classic and popular cards in an extremely desirable grade.
