Lot # 1831: 1976 to 1979 Topps Complete Set Collection (4 Sets, 2,816 Cards)

Collection of four complete baseball sets spanning the years 1976 through 1979. Each set offers numerous highlights, including key rookie cards of several Hall of Famers, among them Dennis Eckersley, Andre Dawson, Eddie Murray, Paul Molitor/Alan Trammell, and Ozzie Smith. We have selected three cards for grading and encapsulation by PSA. This collection consists of the following: 1) 1976 Topps Complete Set (660) Plus Complete Traded Set (44): Condition of base set is 50% Nr/Mt to Nr/Mt, 40% Ex to Ex-Mt (including some due solely to centering), and 10% Vg to Vg-Ex (including some due to miscut centering). Condition of traded series ranges from Ex to Nr/Mt-Mt (averaging Ex-Mt), with one lesser. Keys: #24 Molitor (0/100 L/R, otherwise Nr/Mt), 115 Ryan (Ex), 116 Smith RC (Ex), 330 Brett (25/75 L/R, otherwise Nr/Mt-Mt), 640 Murray (20/80 L/R, otherwise Nr/Mt-Mt), and 650 Rose (70/30 T/B, otherwise Nr/Mt-Mt).
