Lot # 2033: 1969 Topps Football First Series Unopened Wax Box (24 Packs) - BBCE

Presented is an extremely rare, complete, original unopened wax box of 1969 Topps football. This is a first-series (#1-132) box, which includes Joe Namath, Gale Sayers, and Johnny Unitas as well as numerous other stars and Hall of Famers. This is only the second example we have offered in the past 21 years! The box houses 24 packs with each pack containing 12 cards for a total of 288 cards. While no guarantees can be made with respect to the grading of unopened material, there is a very real possibility that within this box are Mint or Gem Mint cards. This box comes shrink-wrapped by Baseball Card Exchange (Steve Hart), the foremost expert on unopened material. The box displays beautifully. This is an incredible unopened wax box from this very popular 1960s football issue!
