Lot # 594: 1914 E145 Cracker Jack #6 Eddie Plank SGC VG 3

Graded VG 3 by SGC. Mid-grade example of Philadelphia Athletics Hall of Famer Eddie Plank from the 1914 Cracker Jack #144 series. This example has vibrant colors, outstanding registration, slightly rounded corners, and centering toward the top left. Light caramel staining front and back and minor creasing is visible. The 1914 Cracker Jacks are far rarer to find in high grade than their 1915 counterparts, because the 1914 #144 series cards were only issued in boxes of Cracker Jack. This is a strong example from this classic set.
