Description

Complete set of 1965 Topps "Presidents and Famous Americans" trading cards. This 44-card set features the first thirty-five Presidents of the United States as well as nine Americans famous for their significant contributions or achievements, including Benjamin Franklin, Henry Ford, Albert Einstein, and Orville Wright. Each subject is depicted with a gold-colored bust inside an oval set above a brief biography. A bright-colored (or in some cases, white) center section frames the biography and is outlined by gold-colored borders on the card, which measures 2-1/2 by 4-11/16 inches. The reverse of each card is blank. Condition is 70% Vg to Vg-Ex, 16% Gd, and 14% Pr to Fr (including card #1). Total: 44 cards.
