Description

Presented is a collection of 30 different 1948-1949 Leaf Gum cards highlighted by a rookie card of Ted Kluszewski and five Hall of Famers, including Johnny Mize and Ralph Kiner (rookie). This collection technically grades very modestly due to a piece of cellophane tape on the back of each card. Without further reference to the tape, the fronts range in appearance from Gd to Ex (averaging Vg/Vg-Ex), with a couple better. This collection consists of the following: #10, 14, 22, 26, 27, 28, 29, 31, 38 Kluszewski RC, 42, 46 Mize, 47, 50, 53, 57, 72, 73, 82, 83 Doerr, 86, 91 Kiner RC, 95, 97 Marion RC, 102b Hermanski/correct spelling, 106 Boudreau, 111, 117 Gordon, 136b Aberson/long sleeve, 139, and 159. This is a very presentable lower-grade collection with several highlights. Total: 30 cards.
