Graded FAIR 1.5 by SGC (submitted by REA). Modestly graded example of one of New York Yankees Hall of Famer Babe Ruth's classic cards: #181 Ruth, green background, from the 1933 Goudey series. This example has a brilliant green background, outstanding registration, and honest corner wear. Downgraded due to scattered creasing and a stain on the right border. This card is ideal for the collector who wants a very presentable example of the 1933 Goudey #181 Ruth card but is not interested in spending the many thousands (or even tens of thousands) of additional dollars an example in a significantly higher grade would require.
