Description

Presented is an extraordinary high-grade complete set of 1957-1958 Topps basketball cards. This is one of the finest sets of this popular issue we have offered in the past 21 years! All 80 cards have been graded and encapsulated by PSA. Included are five NM-MT 8s, one NM+ 7.5, seventy-three NM 7s, and one EX-MT 6. This set currently ranks 12th on the PSA Set Registry with a GPA of 7.00! This is Topps' first basketball set and the only basketball set they issued during the 1950s. It apparently did not sell well, as Topps did not follow up with another basketball set until 1969.
