Graded VG-EX 4 by PSA. One of four examples of this front/back combination graded at this level by PSA with just one higher. Superb Ty Cobb (portrait, red background) card from the legendary T206 White Border set with a desirable Tolstoi advertising reverse. Cobb's red-background portrait pose has long been considered one of the classics of the T206 set and of all vintage cards. The fact that this example has an uncommon Tolstoi advertising reverse makes it of particularly special note. T206Resource.com ranks Tolstoi as the 18th most difficult back (out of 39) available within the T206 White Border set. The offered example has a beautiful red background, outstanding registration, and honest corner wear (weaker top left). The important advertising reverse is boldly printed and is lightly soiled.
