The colored flush-to-the-border design of the 1969 Topps Football low-number series makes this set particularly challenging to collect in extremely high grade. This classic set features all the stars of the era, including rookie cards of Hall of Famer Larry Csonka and Brian Piccolo, and stars such as Johnny Unitas, Joe Namath, Dick Butkus, Bart Starr, and Fran Tarkenton. Condition is 23% Ex-Mt to Nr/Mt and 77% Vg-Ex to Ex (including 3% slightly lesser). Keys: #25 Unitas (Ex), 26 Piccolo RC (Ex), 51 Sayers (slightly miscut left edge, otherwise Vg-Ex+), 100 Namath (Ex+), 120 Csonka RC (Vg-Ex), 139 Butkus (Ex), 150 Tarkenton (Ex), 161 Griese (Vg-Ex), and 215 Starr (Ex). This is a very attractive complete set of this classic 1960s Topps football issue. Total: 263 cards.
