Presented is a very attractive yet modestly graded example of legendary Philadelphia Athletics Hall of Fame manager Connie Mack dressed in a suit from the very popular W600 Sporting Life cabinet-card set. Mack is one of the key Hall of Famers from this extremely substantial cabinet-card set, which is one of the highest-quality baseball-card issues ever produced. This is also one of the rarest and most desirable of all the cards ever issued of Connie Mack. Graded FAIR 20 by SGC due to obvious condition flaws including rounded corners and staining front and back. The card otherwise displays a strong image. W600 Sporting Life cabinet cards were available only by mail. Despite these flaws, this remains an extremely impressive example of a very desirable card, which would be a worthy addition to any Connie Mack, W600, or prewar-card collection.
