Description

Complete 84-card set of 1975 Fleer "Immortal Roll" Football, plus an additional eleven signed cards (most notably Ernie Nevers, who passed away shortly after the set was issued), and one duplicate (#14 Clark). The condition of the unsigned complete set is 52% Nr/Mt to Nr/Mt-Mt (mostly Nr/Mt) and 48% Ex to Ex-Mt (including a few lesser). Includes the following eleven signed cards: #9 McAfee (Vg), 18 Hutson (Vg+), 19 Nevers (Vg-Ex), 20 Fortmann (Ex+), 24 P. Brown (Vg), 27 Graham (Fr), 34 Marchetti (Ex), 37 Motley (light ink marks on reverse, otherwise Vg-Ex), 50 Baugh (Vg-Ex), 61 Christiansen (Ex), and NNO Waterfield (1974 Fleer Immortals, Ex). All of the signatures appear on the front of the card and have been scripted in a variety of inks. Total: 96 cards (including eleven signed). Auction LOA from James Spence/JSA.
