Lot # 1895: 1973 Topps Fourth Series Unopened Wax Box (24 Packs) - BBCE and Ex-Fritsch

Complete, original unopened wax box of 1973 Topps baseball containing packs from the fourth series (#397-528). This wax box originates directly from the legendary Larry Fritsch Estate. It comes shrink-wrapped by Baseball Card Exchange (owned by Steve Hart, the foremost expert on unopened material) and bears the certified designation as having originated from the "Fritsch Vault." This box houses a total of 24 wax packs with each pack containing 10 cards for a total of 240 cards. The 1973 Topps fourth series is highlighted by Hall of Famers Juan Marichal and Willie McCovey as well as the All-Time Leaders series, featuring Babe Ruth and Lou Gehrig, along with other important stars. The box displays beautifully, appearing almost exactly as it did on the store shelves over 50 years ago. This is an incredible and extremely rare unopened wax box from this very popular set.
