Description

Complete, original unopened rack pack box of 1979 Topps football. This box originates directly from the legendary Larry Fritsch estate. It comes shrink-wrapped by Baseball Card Exchange (owned by Steve Hart, the foremost expert on unopened material) and bears its certified designation as having come from a factory-sealed case originating from the "Fritsch Vault." The box houses 24 packs with each pack containing 42 cards for a total of 1,008 cards. The 1979 Topps set features rookie cards of Hall of Famers Earl Campbell, James Lofton, and Ozzie Newsome as well as numerous other stars and Hall of Famers, including Terry Bradshaw, Walter Payton, and Roger Staubach. While it is impossible to provide guarantees with reference to grading of unopened material, there is the real possibility that within this box are Gem Mint cards. The store display box is bright and bold with light shelf wear, including a bit of creasing along the lid.
