Graded VG-EX+ 4.5 by PSA. Attractive mid-grade example of New York Yankees Hall of Famer Mickey Mantle's true rookie card. One of card collecting's classics, Mantle's Bowman rookie card is the key to the 1951 set and one of the most popular of all postwar baseball cards. This example has bright colors, a crisp image, and light corner wear. Mainly clean with no distracting print lines that are commonly found with this card. Boldly printed reverse. A small patch of extra ink is visible near the right edge of the reverse. This is a solid mid-grade example of one of Mantle's most desirable and significant cards.
