Lot # 1563: 1963 Post Cereal Complete Set (200)

Impressive 200-card complete set of one of the 1960s great classics: 1963 Post Cereal. Condition is 5% Nr/Mt or better, 25% Ex to Ex-Mt, 55% Vg to Vg-Ex, and 15% lesser. The preceding grades, as well as those in the composite below, are without respect to the neatness of the cut, as several of the cards are cut inside of the borders and would qualify only for "Authentic" if submitted for professional grading. (The cards are generally cut very neatly, although there are some cases of irregular or tapering cuts.) Upon close examination, many of the cards in this set display evidence of one-time album storage under corner mounts, showing light indentation marks and faint adhesive residue on the backs. Tiny remnants of the mounts are adhered to the backs of a small percentage.
