Collection of seven complete Topps baseball sets spanning the years 1981 through 1987. The collection is highlighted by the rookie cards of Raines, Ripken Jr., Boggs, Gwynn, Sandberg, Mattingly, Clemens, and McGwire. This collection consists of the following: 1) 1981 Topps Complete Set (726 cards): 26% Nr/Mt to Nr/Mt-Mt, 33% Ex to Ex-Mt, and 41% Vg to Vg-Ex. Keys: #240 Ryan (Ex), 261 Henderson (Ex), 302 Valenzuela RC (Nr/Mt-Mt), and 479 Raines RC (Vg). 2) 1982 Topps Complete Set (792 cards): 75% Nr/Mt to Nr/Mt-Mt (including some Mint) and 25% Ex to Ex-Mt (including a few lesser). Keys: #21 Ripken RC (Nr/Mt+ due to centering) and 90 Ryan (Nr/Mt-Mt). 3) 1983 Topps Complete Set (792 cards): 70% Nr/Mt to Nr/Mt-Mt (including some Mint) and 30% Ex to Ex-Mt (mostly due to centering and including a few lesser). Keys: #100 Ryan (Nr/Mt+), 329 Puckett (Nr/Mt-Mt), and 661 Clemens (Nr/Mt). 7) 1987 Topps Complete Set (792 cards): 67% Nr/Mt to Nr/Mt-Mt (including some Mint), 28% Ex to Ex-Mt, and 5% Vg to Vg-Ex. Keys: #170 Jackson RC (Ex-Mt+) and #320 Bonds RC (Nr/Mt-Mt). Also included is a total of fifteen assorted wrappers from 1982 to 1986 Topps (averaging Excellent condition).
