The rookie cards of Eddie Murray, Jack Morris, Alan Trammell, and Paul Molitor highlight the 1978 Topps issue. Presented is an outstanding complete set of 726 different cards. Condition is 57% Nr/Mt to Nr/Mt-Mt (including a few Mint), 37% Ex to Ex-Mt, and 6% Vg to Vg-Ex. Fourteen cards have been professionally graded and encapsulated by PSA. Keys: #20 Rose (Nr/Mt), 36 Murray RC (25/75 L/R, otherwise Nr/Mt), 72 Dawson (Vg-Ex), 100 Brett (miscut right edge, otherwise Ex), 270 Fisk (MINT 9), 299 Herzog (MINT 9), 360 Schmidt (Ex-Mt), 400 Ryan (NM 7), 450 Seaver (MINT 9 [ST]), 560 Parker (NM-MT 8), 703 Morris RC (Nr/Mt), 704 Whitaker RC (Nr/Mt), 707 Molitor/Trammell RC (Vg), and 708 Parrish RC/Murphy (NM 7). Eight additional PSA-graded cards: MINT 9 (4 cards): #98, 130, 261, and 620. NM-MT 8 (3 cards): #27, 165, and 481. NM 7 (1 card): #347. This is a very attractive and mostly high-grade complete set.
