Lot # 375: 1909-1911 T206 White Border Christy Mathewson Dark Cap PSA VG 3 - Cycle 460 Back

Graded VG 3 by PSA. Tremendous T206 example of New York Giants Hall of Famer Christy Mathewson (dark cap) with a desirable Cycle 460 advertising reverse. Cycle 460 is certainly not in the same league as Drum or Uzit, but it is seen far less often than many advertising backs. This well-centered example has vibrant colors, outstanding registration, and even corner wear. The important Cycle 460 advertising reverse is boldly printed and clean. A couple of small wrinkles along the front contribute to the assigned grade. This is a superb Hall of Fame example featuring a scarce T206 advertising back.
