Description

Graded NM-MT 8 by PSA (submitted by REA). Only two examples have been graded higher by PSA to date. Stunning example of #7 Michael Jordan – “Gatorade Slam Dunk” from the nine-card set issued by The Star Co. as one of its limited offerings in 1985. The set was devoted exclusively to the superstars who participated in the popular “Slam Dunk” contest. It is a condition rarity that is often found with centering problems and chipping to the fragile green borders. Neither is the case with this copy, which is well-centered, exhibits virtually no chipping, and has strong corners. Clean reverse. This is a tremendous example of one of Michael Jordan's most desirable early cards.
