Graded VG 3 by SGC. Mid-grade example of New York Yankees Hall of Famer Mickey Mantle's true rookie card. One of card collecting's great classics, Mantle's Bowman rookie card is the key to the 1951 set and one of the most popular and significant of all postwar baseball cards. This card exhibits bright colors, light corner wear, and a pair of vertical print lines. Two areas of staining are visible along the reverse. A solid mid-grade example of this legendary card.
