Description

Presented is a single album page from the 1889 Goodwin "Round Album." The page features individual illustrations of four different members of the New York Giants. Those pictured are manager Jim Mutrie, Ledell Titcomb, Art Whitney, and the "Mascot" (Willie Breslin). In addition to the illustrations on the front, the page features the respective players' statistics for the 1888 season on the reverse. The page boasts vibrant colors and superb clarity. Graded POOR 1 by PSA, the page is downgraded largely due to a few edge chips and soiling along the back. Despite these flaws, this is a pleasing example from the extremely desirable "Round Album" series. Diameter: 8.25 inches.
