Exceptional high-grade example of New York Yankees Hall of Famer Joe DiMaggio (card #274) from the 1938 Goudey "Heads-Up" series. This is not only one of the most valuable cards in the set (along with the other DiMaggio card #250), it is also one of the most well-known and popular of all Joe DiMaggio cards and of all 1930s bubble-gum cards. This striking example has bold colors, outstanding clarity, and strong corners. The reverse is clean with bold text. A tremendous high-grade example of one of the key cards from the 1938 Goudey set and one of the most popular cards of the era.
