Description

Presented is a pair of 726-card complete sets of Topps baseball from 1980, highlighted by numerous stars and Hall of Famers, including the rookie card of Rickey Henderson. Condition of both sets is 65% Nr/Mt to Nr/Mt-Mt (including some Mint), 30% Ex to Ex-Mt, and 5% slightly lesser. Keys: Two #100 Bench (Nr/Mt-Mt and Nr/Mt), two 160 Murray (Nr/Mt and Ex-Mt), two 393 Smith (Nr/Mt-Mt and Ex+), two 450 Brett (Nr/Mt+ and Vg-Ex), two 482 Henderson RC (both Nr/Mt+), two 540 Rose (Nr/Mt and Ex), and two 580 Ryan (one is Nr/Mt-Mt and the other is trimmed with color added, otherwise Vg-Ex). This is an extremely attractive and mostly high-grade pair of sets of this classic 1980s Topps issue, highlighted by two examples of the Rickey Henderson rookie. Total: 2 sets, 1,452 cards.
