Description

Graded VG 3 by PSA. Original five-cent wax pack from the 1955 Bowman baseball set. Upon close inspection, it appears Hall of Famer Robin Roberts is showing on back through the wax paper. The 1955 Bowman set contains numerous Hall of Famers, including Mickey Mantle, Hank Aaron, and Willie Mays, as well as many other stars of the day. It is extremely likely that this pack is from the famous "Paris, Tennessee Find" of unopened 1955 Bowman boxes discovered decades ago by legendary dealer Alan "Mr. Mint" Rosen. This is a great companion piece to a 1955 Bowman set or addition to an unopened pack collection.
