Description

Topps produced the most highly regarded American movie star set of the post-WWII era in 1953. Offered is a complete 80-card set of "Who-Z-At Star." The set features many of the most famous movie stars of the era, including Errol Flynn, Spencer Tracy, Elizabeth Taylor, Ava Gardner, Lana Turner, Clark Gable, and Gene Kelly. The name of the set “Who-Z-At Star” refers to the identification quiz printed on the back of each card. Condition of the set is 15% Ex and 85% Vg to Vg-Ex (including a couple lesser). Included is an original wrapper in modest condition due to two missing pieces and a small tape repair. This is a very attractive mid-grade set of this popular 1950s nonsport issue. Total: 80 cards plus wrapper. The size/weight of this item requires that there will be an additional shipping charge for this lot.
