Lot # 1890: 1976 Topps Unopened Vending Box - BBCE and Ex-Fritsch

Original unopened vending box of 1976 Topps baseball containing approximately 500 cards from this popular set. The 1976 Topps set includes many Hall of Famers such as George Brett, Dennis Eckersley (rookie), Robin Yount, Nolan Ryan, and Hank Aaron. This box originates directly from the estate of the legendary Larry Fritsch. It comes shrink-wrapped by Baseball Card Exchange (owned by Steve Hart, the foremost expert on unopened material) and bears the certified designation as having originated from the "Fritsch Vault." The box displays beautifully, appearing almost exactly as it would have 49 years ago. This is a very impressive unopened vending box with superb provenance. It would be a worthy addition to even the most advanced collection of 1976 Topps or unopened material.
