Graded GOOD 2 by PSA (submitted by REA). One of only two examples of this front/back combination graded at this level by PSA with none higher! Presented is an extremely desirable example of one of the rarest of all T206 advertising reverses: the Brown Lenox. Brown Lenox backs are one of the key rarities to any complete T206 advertising-back collection, far rarer even than Uzit or Drum backs. They are virtually nonexistent. To date, PSA has authenticated only 31 examples (of all players combined)! The obverse of this card features Wid Conroy (with bat pose, Washington Senators). Bright and crisp, with bold colors, a crisp image, and honest corner wear. The important advertising reverse is ideally crisp printing and mostly clean. Despite the moderate creasing, the card maintains superb eye-appeal. This is an extraordinary card that is worthy of the most advanced T206 or rare sample-card collection. There has always been great interest in rare T206 advertising backs, and in recent years we have seen more collectors assembling T206 back collections than ever before. The Brown Lenox back is one of the extreme rarities that keeps just about every collection from completion. This is a fantastic example of this tremendous advertising-back rarity and one that would make a worthy addition to any T206 back collection.
