Description

Rare L4 “Generals” Leather Premium of W. F. Cody (“Buffalo Bill”). Collectors are familiar with the L1 Baseball Players, which are among the most valuable of all baseball tobacco premiums. The five Generals are just as rare. The leathers measure 9.5 x 11.75 inches at their widest and tallest point. Each L1 is numbered. Buffalo Bill is #205. The offered leather is technically in modest condition due to moderate creasing and tack holes. Very appealing example.
