Presented is a rarely offered and sizable collection of 1933 R338 "Sport Kings" consisting of 33 of the 48 cards that make up this classic multisport 1930s prewar-gum issue. This sharp-looking, mostly mid-grade group represents 68% of a complete set of these popular classics. Missing the following 15 cards for completion: #1 Cobb, 2 Ruth, 4 Grange, 6 Thorpe, 16 Tilden, 17 Dempsey, 18 Tunney, 19 Shore, 20 Kahanamoku, 26, 27 Turner, 35 Rockne, 43 Carnera, 44 Baer, and 45 Didrikson. Condition is 24% Vg-Ex or slightly better, 64% Gd to Vg (mostly Vg), and 12% Pr to Fr (including one, #47, with the corners trimmed off).
