Modestly graded E121 American Caramel card of New York Yankees Hall of Famer Babe Ruth. One of several different cards of Ruth in the E121 set, this is one of the all-time great Babe Ruth cards of the 1920s (or any era)! Referred to on checklists as the Babe Ruth "Photo Montage" variation, this classic card features three images of Ruth: a full-length image of Ruth posing with his bat set against a larger portrait of Babe, and a distant game-in-action photo in which Ruth is likely hitting a home run. The card designers pulled out all the stops for this card! Graded POOR 10 by SGC largely due to heavy creasing and corner wear. Despite these condition flaws, this remains a presentable example of this classic Babe Ruth card.
