Presented is a very attractive near-complete master set of 1974 Topps baseball cards consisting of the following: 659-card basic cards (out of 660), the 44-card Traded series, the 24-card Team Checklists set, five of the fifteen "Washington, Nat'l" variations (173, 309, 364, 387, and 599a), and variations for cards #608 and 654. Missing ten "Washington, Nat'l" variations, 599b Rookie Pitchers "San Diego - large print" and 599c Rookie Pitchers "San Diego - small print" for completion of a master set. Please note that a complete 660-card base set could be assembled from this collection by utilizing the #599a Rookie Pitchers example from the "Washington, Nat'l" variations subset. Condition is 20% Nr/Mt or better, 58% Ex to Ex-Mt, and 22% Vg to Vg-Ex (including a few lesser). Keys: #1 Aaron (Ex), 10 Bench (Vg-Ex+), 20 Ryan (Nr/Mt), 252 Parker RC (Ex+), 283 Schmidt (Nr/Mt+), 300 Rose (Vg+), and 456 Winfield RC (Ex+). Condition of the Traded set is 15% Ex-Mt to Nr/Mt and 85% ranging from Vg to Ex. Condition of the team checklists is Ex, seven Vg to Vg-Ex, and sixteen marked (averaging Fr-Gd in appearance from the fronts).
