Very presentable rookie example of Japanese baseball superstar Sadaharu Oh from the 1959 Menko JCM33E Type 1 issue. Oh is pictured on the card with teammate Shigeo Nagashima, who was a fantastic player in his own right. This example has brilliant colors, a crisp image, honest corner wear, and centering toward the top left. Boldly printed reverse. Graded POOR 1 by PSA largely due to heavy creasing. Oh hit an astounding 868 home runs in his career, making him the all-time home run champion in professional baseball.
