Lot # 1150: 1952 Star-Cal Decals Type 2 Brooklyn Dodgers Six-Picture Promotional Panel with Roy Campanella, Gil Hodges, and Jackie Robinson

Extremely rare 1952 Star-Cal Decals (Type 2) six-picture promotional panel (5 x 11 inches) featuring exclusively Brooklyn Dodgers players, presented in its original red envelope packaging. This is only the seventh of its type that we have offered in the past 20 years and the first featuring the Dodgers! The three Type 2 decals featured on this large panel are #91-A Gil Hodges/Pee Wee Reese, 91-B Jackie Robinson/Roy Campanella, and 91-C Duke Snider/Preacher Roe. The decals have some areas of paper loss in the white background. The reverse has bold green text. The original envelope is clean with light creases, edge wear, and a couple small tears near the bottom edge. The reverse has a small touch of paper loss. This is an extreme rarity and ideal for display!
