Description

Graded NM 7 by SGC. Only two examples have been graded higher by SGC to date. Outstanding E254 Colgan’s Chips card of Cleveland Naps Hall of Famer Cy Young. This is one of Young's most striking cards, from one of the era's most unusual and interesting sets. This card is also noteworthy as it features the same Carl Horner portrait that appears on Young's T206 card. Crisp and clean with very little wear along the edges. The advertisement along the reverse is boldly printed. Young is one of the key stars of the set. This is a superb high-grade example.
