Description

Real-photo postcard features Babe Ruth dressed in formal attire while seated in a chair, circa 1920s. Although the exact year and manufacturer of this card is unknown, it is confirmed in the Standard Catalog of Baseball Cards and also has a printed card number ("210") along the base, which likely indicates it is part of a larger series. The postcard (3-7/16 x 5-3/8 inches), which is not addressed, displays a light crease and even wear on the corners. In Very Good condition. (It should be noted that SGC declined to encapsulate this item.) This is a fascinating Babe Ruth postcard dating from the early years of his legendary career.
