Description

Graded VG 3 (MK) by PSA. Pleasing example of Babe Ruth from the 1927 Exhibits set. The key card to the 1927 Exhibits card set features Ruth in his classic follow-through swing. The 1927 Exhibits (3-3/8 x 5-3/8 inches) have a green tint and are blank-backed. The lower-left corner has the printed notation “Geo. H. 'Babe” Ruth – New York, A.L.” The card has a strong image and honest corner wear. The blank reverse has a few surface abrasions and erased pencil marks, hence the qualifier. This attractive card would be a worthy addition to any Exhibits, Babe Ruth, or classic prewar-cards collection.
