Graded GOOD 2 by PSA. Exceptional mid-grade example of #22 Ty Cobb from the V117 Maple Crispette set. Cobb is one of the key cards from this rare Canadian candy issue. A portrait image of the Detroit Tigers Hall of Famer graces the front of the card, with his name and card number printed underneath. The offered card has a crisp image and even corner wear. The reverse is clean, with a prize redemption offer (complete sets could be exchanged for prizes). Downgraded due to a tiny spot of paper loss on the front. Maple Crispette Cobb cards are very rare, and this is only the sixth example we have offered in the past 21 years. A worthy addition to any advanced Ty Cobb or type-card collection.
