Collection of seven regular-season ticket stubs from the 1947 Brooklyn Dodgers season. The 1947 season is particularly significant as it marked Jackie Robinson's rookie year in the major leagues. Six stubs have the date printed on the front, which is provided in the composite below. This collection consists of the following road games: May 29 vs. Giants, August 6 vs. Braves, August 16 vs. Phillies, September 4 vs. Giants, September 5 vs. Giants, September 6 vs. Giants, and September 7 vs. Giants. Each stub, which measures approximately 1-3/8 x 2-3/4 inches (except one is 1-1/2 x 2-1/2 inches), is in overall Very Good to Excellent condition (except two Fair). Total: 7 ticket stubs.
