Presented is a complete set of 1952 Topps "Look 'n See," one of the great classics of early 1950s nonsport card issues and one of the earliest of all Topps sets. "Look 'n See" is one of the most highly regarded and collected of all postwar sets. This was an extremely ambitious concept for a set, with a strong historical and educational content. The card fronts feature full-color portraits of famous people from all eras and areas of history. Any kid collecting and studying this set could not help but learn about and develop a greater interest in world history. Condition is 5% Nr/Mt or slightly better, 31% Ex to Ex-Mt, 32% Vg to Vg-Ex, and 32% lesser (including fourteen trimmed). Keys: #15 Ruth (Pr-Fr), 30 Lindbergh (Fr), 45 Earhart (Fr), 82 Rembrandt (99/1 T/B, otherwise Gd+), and 104 Queen Elizabeth II (Vg). This classic and always very popular nonsport set is filled with many great historical figures. This is a very attractive mixed-grade complete set of this scarce and very noteworthy early Topps issue. Total: 135 cards.
