Graded GOOD+ 2.5 by SGC. Mid-grade example of New York Yankees Hall of Famer Mickey Mantle's true rookie card. One of card collecting's classics, Mantle's Bowman rookie card is the key to the 1951 set and one of the most popular of all postwar baseball cards. This example has bright colors, a crisp image, honest corner wear, and excellent centering. Clean reverse with bold print. Downgraded largely due to a diagonal crease near the upper left corner. This is an appealing example of one of Mantle's most desirable and significant cards.
