Lot # 363: 1909-1911 T206 White Border Cy Seymour Portrait PSA GOOD 2 - Black Lenox Back

Graded GOOD 2 by PSA. Only three examples of this front/back combination have been graded higher by PSA to date. Appealing example of Cy Seymour (portrait, New York Giants) from the classic T206 set with a desirable Black Lenox advertising reverse. According to T206Resource.com, Lenox ranks as the eighth most difficult advertising back (out of 39). The offered card features bold colors, excellent centering, and moderate corner wear. The important Lenox advertising reverse is boldly printed. Multiple creases and a spot of paper loss on the reverse contribute to the assigned grade. This is a very desirable example featuring a rare Lenox back and one that would be a highlight in any rare-back collection.
