Graded GOOD 2 by PSA. Outstanding example of Boston Red Sox Hall of Famer Tris Speaker featuring a Carolina Brights back, one of the rarest of all T206 advertising reverses. This is a particularly important Hall of Fame card in the set, as it is his rookie card and the only T206 pose of Speaker. To find this card with such a rare advertising reverse represents a remarkably desirable T206 front/back combination. According to T206Resource.com, Carolina Brights ranks as the 11th toughest back (out of 39) within the T206 set. This well-centered example displays vibrant colors, excellent registration, and moderate corner wear. The important advertising reverse is boldly printed and clean. An unobtrusive crease in the bottom right contributes to the assigned grade. This is a tremendous Carolina Brights example that would be a significant addition to any T206, Hall of Fame, or rare-back collection.
